BACKGROUND ☆ This is derived from Real & Rare 35 million-year-old Himalayan Amber pieces which are heat-processed until somewhat liquid. Magic! (Note it's not a living plant, so no essential oil can be derived.) It's then diluted at 5% with Organic Sunflower Oil, so it will dispense for use ☆ IMPORTANT NOTE ☆ The "Amber Essence" in perfumes & most all oils may smell lovely yet has nothing to do with actual amber. (Yep, I didn't always know that either!) There are very old, time-honored recipes of typical ingredients & scents combined together for "Amber" perfumes, oils & attars, much of which may be derived from nature, just not derived from real amber & therefore not containing any of Amber's fabulous Energies. Please know this special oil is completely different in smell, energetic vibration & benefit! To me, it has a smell evocative of Water Seeping down the Walls of a Deep Mountain Cavern mixed with Ancient Earth, a little Leather & a pungent twist of something else which all dries down to a soft aroma. I groove on it! (Some do & some don't, but all think it's pretty darn comforting, calming somehow!) To me, it feels like a lovely coating soothing everything underneath & bringing it all together. USE ☆ I've used it pretty much all over (externally only) including my neck (which often spontaneously pops, as unusual at that may sound!!) shoulders, wrists, ankles & feet / body reflexology points. I use it on many of my Crystals which are non-reactive in nature & will solidly hold up (don't use on Selenite for example) especially my beloved Amber (sparingly as oil will change it to some degree) & Himalayan pieces, greatly enhancing their energies. The first time I dabbed it on one of my competition horses, there was an immediate flick of the ears & a cocked head followed by visibly positive reactions :D COMMON SENSE REMINDER: This oil reportedly has no found or listed contraindications. However, it is intended to be used as oils commonly are.... solely externally, away from potentially sensitive areas & as tested safe for you.
